This property has a planted area of 13,7 ha of Malbec and Cabernet Sauvignon. The area is characterized by having soil of alluvial origin, poor, stony and with good drainage. Regarding the topography, the vineyard has a northern exposure, with a west-east slope of 1%, which favors the circulation of air and the health conditions of the vineyard.
