These terms and conditions of use constitute a contract between any person (hereinafter, “Member”) who wishes to access and/or use the Viña Cobos Concierge Club membership belonging to the Viña Cobos S.A. winery. CUIT: 30-70728374-9, address in Costa Flores s/n y, RN7, M5509 Pedriel, Mendoza, in which case the Member will be subject to the Terms and Conditions of Use.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE
Club Concierge consists of three memberships: Select, Designate and Unique. To belong to each of them, each member must meet the following characteristics. Minimum purchase amount of wine during the calendar year:
*Select : annual purchase from usd 1 to usd 2,999 thousand
*Designate: annual purchase from USD 3,000 thousand to USD 6,999 thousand
Minimum purchase amount of wine during the rolling year:
*Unique: annual purchase +USD 7,000 thousand.
Each year, the amounts in USD (official exchange rate) of each membership will be subject to review, and may be modified by Viña Cobos S.A.
Each membership is defined as a status by which the Member is part of a distinguished group of consumers to obtain certain benefits, different for each of the categories.
Participation in the Club is:
*Private: Viña Cobos is committed to maintaining the privacy and protection of the personal data of each Member.
*Personalized: The sales executive of the winery will be in charge of communication with each Member, adapting to the medium chosen by each one (phone call, email, WhatsApp, etc.), sending proposals customized, wine and pop packs, exclusive launches, special benefits and all the information pertinent to Viña Cobos S.A.
*Non-delegable: The Member cannot transfer his membership to other people.
In the event that a Member increases their purchase level within 12 calendar months, improves their membership, the pass will be immediate and the sales executive will give notice so that they can enjoy the new Benefits. Such benefits will end on December 31 of the calendar year for Select status and at the end of the rolling year from the date you begin your categorization as a Unique Member and Designate for those statuses.
Keep in mind that at the end of the rolling year for Desigate and Unique Members (without exception), all return to the Select category. To be part of the higher categories again, they must meet the minimum amount of purchase of wine indicated for the current year, according to each membership.

The stock of wines and POP material belonging to wineboxes, promotions, pre-sale, special editions or individual sale of each bottle will be subject to availability at the time of purchase and/or until stock is exhausted; So as well as the vintages of each wine, which may vary without prior notice.
The shipment of the products is available to all points in Argentina and will be free of charge for purchases over $19,000.00. Value subject to modification by Viña Cobos SA
Given the case in which one of the Members claims a bottle of wine because it is not in optimal conditions, the claim will be raised to the quality control area for a review, analyzing how to proceed in each case.
For visits to the winery, participation in events or use of spaces outside the winery, we work without exception, always with prior reservation, subject to availability of dates and physical space of each place.
